Items Printed to Order
Items purchased from the Vectis Viewfinder store are often printed to order.
Please note: any items printed to order are not returnable or refundable. The distance selling regulations do not apply. Your statutoty rights are not affected.
As such, an item where defective will be replaced with an identical item, on return of the damaged item.
In Stock Items
Where an item is ‘in stock’ you may return it for a full refund, minus the return postage cost, where the item is un-opened and in it’s original packaging.
You will not be eligible for a refund where the item is opened and been used.
You will be responsible for the cost of return packaging and postage/courier charge, which is not refundable.
